This event requires teams stay in our host hotels. You must mention "The Gathering" for discounted room rates and for tracking as eligible by staying in a host hotel. "FREE" teams (those who attended West Coast Nationals) will receive their $100 deposit back at the tournament when we have confirmed eight or more room stay.

Teams may block rooms for one week only. Then they will be released back into the system for other teams. This is because to often teams block 15 rooms or so and end up using only 10 which fills up our group block faster and when you call, the hotel will tell you they are full. Then come the week of the event and the hotel now has rooms that aren't used because everybody had been told they are full.
